In order to add to your Order Basket the products which interest you, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will always receive an order conformation via e-mail. You can cancel your order within five hours, via e-mail

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment costs are not included in the product price and paid by the buyers.

The shipment cost is not standard, but varies depending on your address, and the size and weight of your order.                                                  All products are shipped by courier to the address you have specified in your order within 5-7 days, provided they are available. The address specified by the buyer must be real and valid. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the additional shipment cost.

In case the product is not immediately available to be shipped, the order will be remain pending and our company will communicate to you the expected availability date, the substitution or cancellation of the order.

Receiving the item and signing to the carrier equates with acceptance of the product and of its excellent condition.

RETURN POLICY

The customer may request for a return his artwork purchase within 7 days of receiving the product and get a full refund.

In case the product arrives with damages, we ask you to take digital photo of the item and the shipping container it arrived and to inform us via mail malouart.collections@gmail.com within the next 8 hours, so that our Company assumes responsibility. Otherwise, a return cannot take place. We will get back to you within 3 business days on how proceed with the case.

Shipping charges will not be return, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must to send his cancelling statement to the company through e-mail: malouart.collections@gmail.com with order number and his details. We will need to verify if customer’s request it’s eligible. If the customer’s request is eligible the company will send you an approval mail to proceed with the shipment of the returned product. For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the customer is obliged to return the product to the company in its initial packaging and condition. The customer has three (3) days from the day the company notify the customer to ship the product.

The customer is responsible for the packing, shipping and insurance fees. The product should be packed in its original packaging.

The product should be returned to MaLou Art Consulting, Aginoros 10, Zografou, 157 73, Athens, Greece.

Via courier

In either case, the return of the product should be completed with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Note etc]

If the return is due to the Company’s fault, the Company will bear the return expenses. In case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform the Gallery trough e-mail malouartservice@gmail.com within the next 8 hours, so that our Company assumes responsibility.

Returns will be accepted only after the Company accepts it and after inspecting the product to be returned.

During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase, or return the money to you.
