Description

About the artwork: The artwork ‘’Μητρική Γλώσσα –Mother Tongue’’ by Vassiliki Koskiniotou is one of these works which speak for the pulse and cosmic energy which arises for us decisively with our birth from the double kern of our mother and mother language at the same time. It belongs to the unity of ‘places of passage’ shown on 2014 in Athens.
Seeking the common source of origin from this archetypal duality and the origin of the dual body of mother and mother-language, the artist aims to speak of the co-substantiality of the human condition with her own personal visual language.
