About the artwork: Zoomorphic forms, metaphors, characters, allegories, in a timeless, absurd narrative make up generations of social reality are depicted in a series of paintings “Fairytale” by Greek Artist Sophia Papadopoulou.

The interaction of the inner and outer world and the desire to stop time in order to regain childhood poetry….The Artist has her own a gestural vocabulary in which each line and colour is infused with energy, spirituality and meaning.  She creates created works that are simultaneously personal and mythological, allowing narrative, language, and inner visions to erupt from his intimate, abstract notations.
